E14, which refers to the postcode of the densest and most overdeveloped residential area in the UK, experienced the weeks of lockdown like many other inner-city, urbanised areas around the world: the life and action of the neighbourhood happened on the balconies of the buildings. Filmmaker Peiman Zekavat decided to take the camera and capture everything he saw from his window and thus discovered something that goes beyond human behaviour at a crucial moment of the pandemic: the large number of empty flats that exist in the area, which are a reflection of the difficulty for a large part of the population to access such housing and the speculation behind them.
